We have come along way from our 4 acre smallholding in the Kent countryside and today we run a thriving hog roast catering business that has been built upon our commitment to quality and our first hand experience of pig keeping.
Our hog roast and event catering business has grown steadily over the past 5 years. Today we offer catering packages for weddings and corporate events, and private parties.

Founded in 1997, Piggybank Farm has developed, based on a home grown love of pigs.
From humble beginnings on our smallholding with half an acre of paddock to a thriving hog roast catering business, Piggybank Farm has. been built upon hard work and hands on experience.
The very name 'Piggybank' reflects our commitment to and 'investment' in fine food. Indeed our catering business developed out of personal experience of keeping a herd of British Rare Breed Pigs.

About Rare Breeds
Middle White, Berkshire, Tamworth, Large Black, Saddleback and Gloucester Old Spot, these are our heritage and deserve to be the house hold names that they were traditionally.
Marginalised in by the market place by their commercial cousins the Landrace and Large White, it has taken over 30 years to bring the rare breeds back into public view.
Indeed, the very term 'rare' arises out of a lack in public demand for the outstanding quality meat that these animals produce.
Thankfully, British Breeds are making a well deserved come back and this web site is set up in part as a tribute to their considerable achievement.
