Co-ordinating the services for your Wedding Day can be time consuming, stressful and often more expensive than you had either budgeted or planned for. Planning the service, inviting the guests, the rings, the Wedding Dress; are all essentials that need to be right. In addition, you need to find a venue, or book a marquee, arrange transportation, organise catering and a wedding cake, find a florist, find a photographer...the list soon seems endless.
You might view the challenge to your organisational abilities as an opportunity to learn new skills! By the time your 'Big Day' has arrived, you will have become more ruthless in business dealings than a business tycoon, more skilled in negotiation than a U.N. Ambassador and more adept with a diary planner than a P.A.
However, is this what you want on the greatest day of you life..just to ensure that it all goes according to plan! From experience we have found that' informal' is an amazing slight of hand, dealt by true magicians who hide a 'military strategist' beneath an exterior of serene calm.
Over the past three years, we have assisted more and more couples with the logistics for their wedding functions and have liaised with a network of partner companies and venues to co-ordinate services on the day. We are proud of the portfolio of testimonials that support our efforts and we offer complimentary site visits and an ongoing programme of 'taster days' to ensure that your wishes are carried out to your exact requirements.
Event Co-ordination & Services
Over the years of running Wedding Functions we have strong links with other service providers and can now offer competitive price quotations for many additional wedding services:

Our assistance in co-ordinating these services is offered on a complimentary basis. We do not charge commission from the service providers and prices will be quoted according to each service providers price lists.
Wedding Catering for 2008
If you have already booked most of the services listed, then we would be happy to offer you a quotation for wedding catering. We are happy to offer as much or as little of the overall catering service as you require and we can tailor a bespoke quotation for your menu.
We can offer a wide range of menu options. We specialise in roasting pigs but our machines will cook lamb, beef, poultry even fish as required. In addition the main course is supported by a wide range of salads and desserts. You can down load a copy of our pdf fact sheets by clicking on the links found on the Index page. Each fact sheet provides information about any dietary considerations that you may have.
Please note that whilst we can produce home - made accompaniments such as salads and desserts the food items advertised in our brochure our ordered in for your event and are not made on the premises.

The Lost Village of Dode:
This beautiful ancient chapel stands in a spectacular rural setting and is a very special setting for parties of up to 40 people. We have also worked with the owner, Mr Doug Chapman, to devise a bespoke wedding menu as part of a Wedding Service package offered by Dode for 2008

Great Chart Golf Club:

Ratsbury Barn.

The Old Kent Barn: Swingfield is a beautifully restored wedding venue in stunning grounds where attention to detail and excellent client service is paramount. There is a marquee on site which allows for catering larger parties of guests.
The Great Barn Rolvenden: This is a wonderful location in the heart of the Kent countryside. The barn is able to accommodate large wedding parties throughout the year.
The Tithe Barn; Lenham. Set in the village of Lenham this picturesque and extremely spacious venue can accommodate large wedding parties. For details contact Martin Porter.
